The two officers with guns drawn walk towards the bathroom. They slowly make their way to the door as I sit on the floor. I do not have long for them to find the bodies and then call for support. I take a couple of deep breaths. I then feel it bubbling up again, something inside of me. My vision becomes narrow. I see the door close. I stand to my feet; I grab my Glock from the floor and open the door slowly. I see them in the reflection of the bathroom mirror.

“Bobby, look at this, this sicko stacked the bodies on the floor,” Jerry says with an angry look on his face.

Bobby turns his head and sees someone on the bathroom stall. He yells, “Hands up!”

Bobby kicks the door open.

There is Lee, dead on the toilet, bullet wounds and all. It doesn’t take a genius to know what has to happen next. Bobby pauses for a second. He knows what is about to come next. A sad ending to his once boring night.

Jerry turns around quickly, as if he thought he could run back to me. But there I am, with a grin on my face. It is too late. I aim and let one bullet fly right through his eye socket. I pocket my guns and run towards Bobby. He is standing there with his gun drawn and about to pull the trigger. I tackle Bobby to the ground. He tries to scuffle with me, but after several years of being a beat cop not all the testosterone in the world can overpower what I am on. I bring him to the ground, while holding on to his arm that is holding the gun. I put him into a modified armbar. I can see the hope in his eyes fade as I start to twist. He tries to beat me off with his free hand, but it is too late. I have all the tension in his elbow from the twist. I then lean back and pull up, snapping his arm at the elbow. He yells out in pain so loudly I would almost think his buddies outside could hear him. I then jam my thumb in the meaty part of his hand between the thumb and his index finger. I dig in hard on the pressure point. He drops his gun to the floor. I get up slowly. Bobby, enraged, gets up and puts his good forearm out and presses me to the bathroom wall.

“Wow, this one has fight,” Hummingbird says to me in a mocking tone.

“I need HELP!” Bobby shouts at an empty hallway. Without his other arm, he isn’t going to stop what is going to happen next.
